Cultivating Your Voice of Desire & Creating From The Pelvis

“What we’re free to say is bound to how free we are to say it.” – author unknown

If your pelvis could speak, what would it say?

Using the Life Art ™ Process developed by renowned dancer Anna Halprin, we dive deep into the subconscious desires of different parts of ourselves. Through listening and sounding, we strengthen the pelvis to voice connection. Then we allow the creative power of our pelvis to guide us into expressing our truest desires through movement, writing
and drawing.

By partnering with others in small groups, we sound,
move, and dance each other’s drawings for our own pleasure. In this safe and playful space, we allow ourselves to be seen and heard through compassionate witnessing and reflective listening. Everyone will leave with the drawing and writing they create in the workshop.

No drawing, performing, writing experience necessary, only the desire to enter your own creative flow.
